  California Energy & Power (CE&P) was established for the purpose of developing and commercializing a new vertical axis wind turbines technology. CE&P has successfully developed and deployed an efficient industrial grade vertical wind turbine, the CAL-E-POWER-12K. We are building worldwide licensing and partnering platform from which the CAL-E-POWER 12K wind turbine, concentrator technologies, and related products. We are first focused on providing renewable energy to the largest users of fossil fuels on island nations, and for remote and institutional/campuses micro-grid applications. Our vertical wind turbine will provide an efficient and commercially attractive energy solution in a large variety of environments where distributed energy production is appropriate. We are specializing in a niche for distributed electrical generation in an industry that includes areas with good wind resources that are unsuitable or undesirable for large Horizontal-Axis-Wind-Turbines. By utilizing modular construction and commonly available material, our turbines will be designed to satisfy a wide range of power goals and operate over the broadest range of wind conditions in the industry. Customers utilizing our solution may realize the benefits from this clean renewable energy source, including low maintenance costs, with a scalable, wildlife-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing turbine.
