As part of his final year programme, Joe and a team of students founded and traded as a new Business to a high degree of quality, each taking leadership in different functional areas of the Business to gain real world experience. As with many of the best teams, Joe's team embraced its diversity, combining home and visiting international students to develop a Business idea with global insight and reach. Working in the challenging environment of Lockdown, Joe and the team demonstrated excellent communication skills and team working to deliver an effective launch and roll out.
