At Dixons I worked at keeping our warehouses and delivery trucks organized and clean. We were able to complete several deliveries as well as take care of several duties at the store. I often had to be able to take someone's previous entertainment center setup and make it work with their new hardware. Also I had to make things as simple as possible for several customers all while bringing them up to speed and explaining how to use their new great features. I became the resident tech support staff as well. I updated their computers and had to transfer and backup data from the previous machines to the new ones. I also acted as the communication channel to our sales software tech support.

Here I worked to take a customer's idea and build it into a tangible object. This helped me learn ways how to get all the details of what a customer wanted so I could better satisfy them.
