I had been very fortunate to work with Joe for over 10 years. In my time working with Joe, he was nothing but the ultimate professional and his knowledge of Rinnai appliances in outstanding. I have been lucky enough to learn many technical issues within my time at Rinnai thanks to Joe. Joe's commitment to his staff during my time working with him was to be admired, alot of Managers would do well to copy Joe's lead in Management. I am proud to say that Joe is still one of my favourite past Manager's (haven't really had many) and I miss working with him greatly, however from time to time I still phone to say hello. I would recommend Joe to anyone should he ever leave Rinnai although I suspect when he leaves Rinnai he will be retiring.
