• Lead a team of technicians to perform quality maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion• Greet customers, schedule service appointments and receive vehicle information• Coordinating recommendations with technicians and presenting to customers• Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction standards• Promote the service facilities to increase repeat business• Perform after sales follow ups and develop strong relationships• Sell Automotive Repair and Maintenance• Handle closing procedures and money handling• Complete required training and education in a timely manner
