Lambing outdoors around Easter each year, with a focus on assisting the Landlords with their desire to improve the biodiversity of the ground. Ewes and lambs run year round on varied grazing with no concentrates other than mineral blocks in the run up to lambing, aiming to deliver a high quality product with a deep flavour to customers buying butchered lambs.
