  I worked on several projects with Over the Edge, facilitating fund raising events for Make-a-Wish Foundation. Roles included setting up and rigging rope access systems on rooftops to allow charity abseilers to rappel large city buildings in order to raise money for the charity. My main role was Training Manager, in which I would train the would-be 'abseilers' in the use of rope access descending equipment prior to dispatching them over the edge of the building. Learnt and became proficient in a broad range of Geotechnical rope access and slope stabilisation skills including: scaling, meshing, soil nailing, rock drilling (both on A frame mounted rigs and hand drills), grouting, anchor testing and cabling.
