To Whom It May Concern, In my time working with Joe, I found him to be a very enthusiastic employee, who was able to contribute on multiple fronts for the business. His primary focus was Operations and Customer Support, but transitioned well into the Technical Support and Project Management segments as demand dictated. One of his strongest attributes was the ability to analyze complex issues and isolate them into digestible chucks that would allow the teams to develop solutions that worked for our clients. His leadership in this area proved advantageous on multiple occasions and further cemented his ability to engage clients and provide solutions in a broad range of situations. But perhaps, his greatest strength was direct client engagement where he could calm fears and work directly with clients to better understand requirements and translate those into language that allowed for development of timely and welcomed software solutions. These solution routinely improved operational efficiency and internal productivity. Joe is comfortable in Salesforce and Zendesk and has the ability to ramp up quickly for PM duties using Smartsheet and LucidChart to provide a comprehensive package.
