In my present role as Managing Director, Major responsibilities include: Ensuring seamless workflow of operations by effectively managing malfunction and providing immediate corrective actions, spearheading all facets of the subsidiary, including establishing an operational budget, implementing necessary corrective actions, driving commercial & labour legislation and health & safety regulations, keeping abreast knowledge of the market situation, developing a customer base, allocating plant fleet in adherence with customer needs, and determining conditions of the commercial offer, inspecting durability of subsidiary plant and equipment, outlining commercial, human, technical, and management objectives of employees in accordance with organisational vision and mission, sustaining quality, safety, and CSR policies as well as taking an active part in defining company's objectives, planning and developing investment budgets as well as submitting for approval from central management. Highlights of my contributions include: ► Elevated the company's OCF from a negative position to a positive position within 12 months through management approaches. ► Directed entire subsidiary branches with a keen focus on aligning commercial development with defined objectives.
