      After spending a year leading the marketing team I returned to creative to lead all promotion, design, short-form and branded content across our MTV, Comedy Central and Spike channels. This included the launch of the first ever MTV Unplugged in Australia and I even got to shoot an episode of MTV Cribs with Australia's most famous DJ, Kyle Sandilands.

Highlights included booking Rudimental to headline our local music festival MTV Beats & Eats, partnering with Madame Tussauds to rebrand their music zone area as the MTV zone and shutting down all MTV channels for a day to encourage young people to register for the Same Sex Marriage vote.       Working across an ever expanding portfolio of entertainment and music channels, I was in charge of a talented group of creatives, producers and designers responsible for producing all on-air and ATL creative for MTV and Viva.Collaboration and communication was key in the role, as I worked closely with the marketing, programming and international teams to ensure we delivered excellent creative that was on brand and brief.While in the role, we repeatedly broke MTV Internationals highest ever ratings for shows like Geordie Shore, Ex On the Beach, Catfish and Just Tattoo Of Us. We were voted Broadcast Digital Entertainment Channel of the Year in 2012, won numerous other industry awards and I successfully led the relaunch of MTV in the Russian market in 2013. Show less
