Housing Manager:Management of relationships with landlords; both new and existing. Ensuring that housing complies with IES Abroad safety requirements.Management of sublets where required.Ensuring utilities are paid where required.Ensure that security at the properties is compliant and functioning at an optimum level. Work closely with the Residents Assistants to ensure that all student queries/concerns are resolved.Assist with data management where wifi is provided. Researching new housing options and assisting with proposals and reports for IES Abroad Chicago.
