I first got in contact with Jodie in 2011 when I started looking for a position after completing my PhD. Because of my atypical profile, a lot of recruiters I spoke to at the time were hesitant and a bit shy to put my name forward for jobs. Jodie on the other hand immediately saw the potential in my dual expertise (Business and Scientific) and within a few weeks she got me a first interview which turned then into a firm job offer very rapidly after that. During the whole time we worked together, Jodie was always timely, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient, yet retaining a warmth and friendliness which made the whole experience a real pleasure.
