Transition - $8m outsourcing strategy involving multiple projects to transition knowledge, processes and hardware platforms to several vendors (on and off shore). Established/executed projects to transition: Web and Data Services, Infrastructure, Application Development, Application Maintenance Support, and E Commerce. Business Process Re-engineering - Successfully delivered large project that achieved business process re-engineering as part of a $40m enterprise-wide initiative. 85% automation success equating to nearly $1m savings.
