      Whilst working at Waitrose, my main role within the business was in compliance. In this role I was given the responsibility of both customer and store communications, ensuring equipment is in working order/organising callouts for faulty equipment, dealing with delivery paperwork, stock replenishment, pricing/ticketing issues, fire alarm tests/fire safety equipment checks, and other tasks where needed. Working in this role enabled me to develop and grow my organisational skills and improve my time management. Being in such frequent contact with customers allowed me to develop my communication skills further through experience with different tasks and queries customers needed resolving.
