In every situation in the workplace, Jodie goes above and beyond what is expected of her. I experienced this firsthand when Jodie played an integral role in developing and implementing the Level Crossing Removal Authority’s pilot graduate program. As a graduate from this cohort, I was regularly impressed by the diverse and extensive nature of the program, particularly the numerous learning and development opportunities provided. Our Induction Week, which was held at the MCG, was a real highlight of my graduate experience, and Jodie’s determination to make us feel welcome, give us exposure to leaders in the industry and cater to the diverse nature of the group, really stood out to me. Since then I have had the pleasure of reporting directly to Jodie during my HR rotation. Again, Jodie’s commitment to delivering beyond the requirements of her role have been apparent. In particular, Jodie offered me a level of autonomy often not afforded to graduates, while ensuring I received regular feedback for work - the combination of which was hugely beneficial to my own learning experience.
