Throughout the course of 12 weeks, I undertook a challenge programme which acted to identify ways that we can reduce HIV stigma to improve the health and wellbeing of those living with the condition. Within a small group, we navigated through various data sources and academic literature to form policies and create ideas to present to Waverley Care that we believe could make large differences to the lives of those living with HIV. Ideas presented focussed on academic literature peer review training programmes and updating education systems to help reduce the stigma surrounding HIV. Show less
