      I travelled each week with one of the world’s leading property agents to property exhibitions My role on the show was to qualify clients financially to ensure they could get a mortgage in one of the 18 countries we dealt in. I also had to arrange re-mortgages in the UK and Ireland to enable the clients to get deposits for their new purchase abroad. Sales were also part of my role, ensuring clients came to our company for their mortgage, and also assisting the property company in getting the clients to go to their chosen country for inspection tours. I was used as a takeover for clients at the exhibitions and essentially my role was closing the deal for the property agent. This was a highly demanding position, I travelled every week for 5 days and then 2 days a week I was in our head office in Marbella. Office based duties included collecting documentation to present to banks in Spain, dealing with telephone queries and also arranging new deals with banks exclusively for CFP. I am currently studying for CF1 and CF6. We were based in the Head Telemarketing office for MRI Properties, when an enquiry came in my role was also to call the clients back, qualify them financially and then close the deal for them to be booked on an inspection tour.

      In this role I was the key contact for over 50 Financial Advisors and my main duties involved: supporting Financial Advisors over the telephone, advising and promoting Life and Pension products and services. My job was also to up sell to the customers and promote new services. As a technical role I have been studying for my certificate in financial planning. I was the ambassador for the employee reward and recognition scheme. The administration duties involved processing applications, direct debit and commission statements. We also have to arrange and batch Medical tests and often assess the risk a client poses to the company. All calls were monitored for compliance reasons, and our calls were rated every month using a star system of 1-5. 1 being bad and 5 being excellent. I was the first employee to receive a 6* call which the invented for me as my call was monitored and my customer service skills exceeded expectations, I then went on to receive a further 6* call in the same month.
