Over the last two years, I have had the pleasure of working with Jodie on several key projects. I work on highly technical and complex publishing titles and Jodie was so quick to catch onto our needs. Her understanding of design principles, agility and flexibility, and ability to take abstract ideas and turn them into concrete product is true skill. Jodie helped me to manage several first edition titles with one of our larger publishing partners, bringing her extensive design and art talents to create a global art style guide. She was instrumental in working with, collaborating, and communicating with the project teams, both internally at Lumina and with the publisher. Over the past 5 years, I worked close with Laserwords to hire and train skilled illustrators that will have the ability to provide clients complex art while offering cost-saving opportunities. In addition to producing exceptional artists, I developed new processes, work flow and communication skills and acted as a client liaison and Creative Director on complex art programs.
