•Manage four on-site fitness centers and corporate wellness programs for Westar Energy •Provide human resources monthly and quarterly reports in spreadsheet format to reflect wellness program participation as needed •Perform clerical and administrative duties such as answering multi-line phones, responding to emails, managing the center’s calendar, and ordering supplies •Take inbound phone calls regarding wellness programs and services •Greet guests and provide tours of the wellness center facilities •Maintain membership profile database to reflect the current status of members •Schedule meetings, consultations, and fitness assessments with members while using HIPPA guidelines •Schedule preventative maintenance on fitness equipment and handle invoices reflecting the costs of the services •Create, implement, and promote company-wide programs and screenings including, but not limited to, company specific programs like Westar Walkers & Energy to Change, seasonal programs and services such as flu shots and blood drives, as well as the marketing for programs and screenings •Present employees with health and wellness related information at safety meetings •Plan and coordinate annual health and safety fairs •Develop relationships with vendors and other health professionals in the community •Create and post weekly bulletins on health and wellness •Create marketing materials to promote wellness programs and services.
