I managed over 500 volunteers at the Dumb Friends League. I worked very closely with managers in operations and in development. My job entailed working effectively with volunteers, managers and all staff to ensure proper staffing of volunteers to ensure daily operations ran smoothly and all special events were staffed appropriately with qualified volunteers.
