I had the wonderful opportunity to have Jodi as my manager for almost four years and in that time, I cannot image accomplishing as much as we did without her knowledge, leadership, and drive. Jodi has an incredible ability to think big and make things happen. She is always looking for new ways to help people in an organization make easier, more valuable connections. Three things I admire most about Jodi are the support she provides her team, her leadership style, and resiliency. If you have a personal or professional goal, she is backing you up every second. She shows excellent leadership by trusting her team where she knows she needs to and asks questions that build relationships and fuel conversations that lead to great ideas. Jodi doesn’t give up or let the possibility of something not being possible get her down. Many time she has found a way to make things happen that others would have given up on. I would be happy to work with Jodi any day!

Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor — but I but I did when I worked for Jodi. In less than four years at DuPont Pioneer, Jodi built an award-winning team that has been recognized across the business, and within the industry, for developing innovative training and development solutions. Jodi is a keen strategist with an ability to predict the business needs in a quickly changing environment. She is a motivating and engaging manager that values the contributions of her team, and encourages her team to think outside the box. Jodi is a rare leader, any organization would be lucky to have her.
