I'm in charge of keeping in touch with clients and make sure all is going well. I'm their first point of contact if they need something, which I then delegate to the proper channels for help. I maintain and update client account records, and keep this information well organized for ease of company use. I also act as customer support, and help new clients through the on-boarding stage, and keep up with them until they're comfortable using our system.I also act as personal assistant to the CEO. I do a lot of typing, answering emails and messages as needed. I interact with clients and colleagues alike. I attend on-boarding meetings with larger clients, and help them and their employees understand how our system works.I see to the billing, and make sure all information stays up-to-date.I'm familiar with, and work daily with, modern business management systems: Clear Task Solutions, ClientTether, and Ziftpay. I'm also very familiar with Pixingo, and use this for client appreciation and management. I use Gimp frequently for creating some, special occasion, social content or client appreciation cards. Wondershare Filmora is video editing software I use for creating tutorials and demos of our software, editing client testimonials, and any other videography needs we have. Show less
