  In this role, I fostered and highlighted quality relationships with students, staff and the community based on the school’s core values of respect, compassion, courage, and integrity. I partnered with the Dean of Teaching and Learning, Head of Boarding, Chaplain, Learning Support Coordinator and led the Heads of House to oversee the wellbeing of students. I also collaborated with Head of Junior Years to oversee and align whole school student wellbeing programs and initiatives. To provide a platform for students to anonymously report positive and negative behaviours, I co-developed SpeakUp@Glennie and facilitated Student Protection training for staff. Moreover, I developed a whole school approach to wellbeing by motivating a culture of collaboration and growth amongst staff.
