Fully responsible for the efficient management of all back office activities of the national office. Provides bookkeeping and accounting support to the Treasurer and assists with monthly reconciliations, event revenue/cost tracking, and records retention. Manages requests from auditor and information to/from the Board of Directors. Ensures professional communication and direction to all who interact with the national office. Responsible for defining and executing a social media strategy, expanding the public awareness of the TIUFTT mission and objectives to represent a consistent image of the mission and values of TIUFTT. Guides, directs and manages office support staff. Accountable for supporting the Executive Director and Manager of Business Development with coordination and administration of all fundraising events through the National Office Responsible for all efforts to plan, coordinate, and manage all REUNION event activities.
