We exist to share a technology that takes you there fast: Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. Why Kundalini Yoga? Because it's like putting rocket fuel to your spiritual practice. While we can individually set our pace for our personal journey, "full-speed-ahead" is fully accessible with Kundalini Yoga, and it is busy-friendly. Kundalini Yoga is what we at UYC have embraced to help us conquer life. Which, to us, means to conquer our Selves. We call this Self-Leadership: using our inner compass as our point of reference. When this happens, the world outside of us, with all of its joys and irritations, can't sway us. The experience of our days are not at the mercy of someone or something else. We are self-led. This makes for a better experience of our world. Change can be quite challenging. When things happen quickly-- whether from a new job opportunity, new relationship, yoga, meditation, or a winning lottery ticket-- it can be difficult to navigate through the changes without a strong support system. We work diligently to build a dynamic community here at Urban Yoga Chicago to bring you support of like minds, as well as to share our practice, and to delve into the questions, with you. While having a great time. Show less
