  Support Your Local Police (SYLP) was founded by myself and Joshua McEwen, a former WA Police Officer, as a way to encourage and communicate the community's appreciation to the men and women of law enforcement for their commitment, dedication and service. From it's inception in November 2014 our community of supporters grew quickly and steadily and we launched a series of successful campaigns including a Facebook Page with over 7,700 fans in it's first 6 months, a 2015 Calendar featuring photos from fans which we designed, printed and sold to raise money for charity, and a Crowdfunding Campaign which raised $2,875 to fund our transition into a Not For Profit organisation.
