Jocelyne is the type of employee that everyone desires to have on their team. She is so painstakingly detailed orientated and professional that her presence on any team virtually guarantees its success! It was a true pleasure to work with Jocelyne during my time at Olameter even though we served in different countries yet we worked closely together relative to employee-related functions. Not only was she a true joy to work with, from a competency standpoint, she was top notch. She was a true stickler for details and that applied especially to payroll deadlines, processes, and projects. She would often start projects in advance to make sure that they did not interfere with her ability to meet critical deadlines. She is painstakingly great at responsibilities that require analyzing and thought, which helped the company to save a considerable amount of money over time. She is also a leader and role model to many. Outside of all of those amazing characteristics, the main reason I personally miss working with Jocelyne is her infectious personality and ability to connect with people. She and I have continued our connection even as I have since moved on to a new role at a different company.
