Bio

Jocelyne is the type of employee that everyone desires to have on their team. She is so painstakingly detailed orientated and professional that her presence on any team virtually guarantees its success! It was a true pleasure to work with Jocelyne during my time at Olameter even though we served in different countries yet we worked closely together relative to employee-related functions. Not only was she a true joy to work with, from a competency standpoint, she was top notch. She was a true stickler for details and that applied especially to payroll deadlines, processes, and projects. She would often start projects in advance to make sure that they did not interfere with her ability to meet critical deadlines. She is painstakingly great at responsibilities that require analyzing and thought, which helped the company to save a considerable amount of money over time. She is also a leader and role model to many. Outside of all of those amazing characteristics, the main reason I personally miss working with Jocelyne is her infectious personality and ability to connect with people. She and I have continued our connection even as I have since moved on to a new role at a different company. She has always been very thoughtful with engaging with employees and takes tremendous efforts in making a person feel welcomed and part of the team. From an HR standpoint these were epic qualities. So, to summarize...excellence in delivery of assignments, numerous accolades for deliverables and success, relational expertise, and the ability to learn and own a project are just a few characteristics of the kind of person Jocelyne is. Any department, team, or company will benefit greatly from Jocelyne's abilities, loyalty, and spirit of excellence.

I had the great privilege to work with Jocelyne, among other things, to hire an employee and for Hydro-Québec AMI project as a HR collaborator in the payroll department (e.g. furnish all information required to prepare employment records). She is very professional and dedicated in her role as Payroll Supervisor and Benefits Administrator. She knows very well payroll software (ADP, 2X, etc.) and she has been gifted with a talent to clearly explain payroll adjustments and benefits to employees. She also has a solid work ethic.
