I will help in many events such as orientation, late enrollment, tea time party, and so on. I also work in the student reception areas sometimes to answer any questions that all students face. Student Mentor role build up my leadership, communication, teamwork, and time management skills. My role is serving food and beverage, I will also be a cashier at some point. Moreover, I will help my manager to do some assistant job also. From this cafe, I have improved with my communication and English skills when I serving the local customers. It also trained my problem-solving skills, when I solve all the problems with customers. Hence, it boosts my teamwork, performance management and also learns how to serve people best with their needs or requires. It helps me in my future career when deals with the client's requirements.

It also trained me to be more organized when I arranged between the counter cashier and other departments such as the kitchen, outside worker (waitress/ waiter), and also delivery sections.
