Jocasta is a creative-thinker, quick learner and a hard-working team player who displays loyalty and passion. She is not afraid of a challenge and seeks to self-teach if she finds she has a skills gap. She is always willing to go the extra mile and will no stop until the job is done. Her technical capabilities and ability to articulate her 'outside the box' ideas are excellent. During her time at Consumer Protection, Jocasta was a good colleague and made a positive difference to my working environment. Her efforts to revamp and relaunch the WA ScamNet site were, and still are, of great benefit to the thousands of end users who log onto the site for information about scams.

Merinda Willis

Jocasta has been instrumental in building and maintaining the website for our business. Her expertise and understanding of online services, her work ethic and enthusiasm, has been greatly appreciated.
