My tenure at Memorial Health System has provided many professional opportunities. I began in the acute hospital setting and emergency department. I enjoyed that twelve years. Then I transitioned to the Renal Transplant Center within the health system. Following that experience and opportunity lead me to the outpatient arena providing Complex Care Management. I was part of the implementation group for that program. Finally, in 2015 I branched further out, meaning into the home services division, working with home health and hospice patients. October 2022 brought me to an incredible opportunity to work on the Intensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. I'm able to perform as patient care facilitator, discharge planner, utilization review management, and of course my passion for emotional support within my social work mindset. All of my work within the health system has been rewarding and encouraged me to continue growth as a clinician. Show less
