Bio
Doug Puerta
I had the pleasure of working with Job for two years as he managed the integration of multiple acquisitions into the Aerospace PQT Division of Element Materials Technology. Job is a very energetic, organized, and dedicated coworker who possesses great people skills and can effectively interface with colleagues at all levels. He is highly motivated, and requires little direct management once an objective is defined. I can always trust Job to get the job done right, the first time. The best example of Job's approach to an assignment relates to a particular KPI I was trying capture and track on a weekly basis. Not only did Job develop a solution for this, but he went above and beyond by working with a variety of internal resources to develop a new online dashboard to track the full range of KPIs relevant to the organization. This type of "above and beyond" performance is typical of his approach, and something I have come to expect from Job. I am happy to offer my recommendation for Job Meijer, and he is someone I would be fortunate to work with again in the future.

I had the pleasure of meeting Job Meijer in 2013 when he accepted the unenviable assignment to integrate Sherry Laboratories into Element Materials following its acquisition by Element. Sherry, at the time was the largest acquisition in Elements history and Job had to figure out how to integrate ten laboratories in five states in a way that ensured the smoothest possible integration. A difficult assignment that showed me, the CEO and owner of Sherry Laboratories, the extraordinary management, communications, leadership and organizational skills of Job Meijer. The result was a record year of sales, smooth and complete integration, phenomenal attention to detail, uncommon people skills in a very challenging environment and the respect of the leaders of the acquired company. Job is capable, resourceful and driven. He will be a fine executive for any company smart enough to land him. Respectfully submitted, Christopher LaMothe
