  - Asset management of biomass CHP plants combined with gasifier. The cluster of plant managed is composed by 13 units (Electrical power of 200 kWe each one) located mainly in Trentino Alto Adige, Lombardia, Veneto and Emilia Romagna with annual electrical production expected of 19,5 GWhe. Expected revenues 7,5 Million EURO. - Asset management of 550 KWe roof Photovoltaic plant. - Asset management of hydroelectric plant located in Piemonte, 1,4 MWe installed . - Responsible of asset management team composed by four maintenance technicians including the management of the safety requirement imposed by safety legislation. - Research and Development of management gasifier regulation systems applied to all the plants. This system increase the plants availability of 15% respect the plant constructor guarantees. - Development of spare parts procurement plan and alternative materials with the objective of process optimization. Duration: 2014- 2016, budget € 50,000 in R & D. - Project management of 200 kWe biomass CHP plant combined with gasifer located in Milano, Budget 0,7 Million EURO, project schedule 12 months from November 2015. - Project management of 200 kWe biomass CHP plant combined with gasifer located Reggio Emilia, Budget 0,7 Million EURO, project schedule 12 months from November 2013. - Management of R&D project financed by Province of Bolzano, The scope was the research of alternative raw biomass respect pellet as fuel for gasifier technology running the test on Motus CHP/gasifier plant.
