Implemented the sale of 30% of Coca-Cola FEMSA to Coca-Cola Company, an IPO of 19% of the shares of Coca-Cola FEMSA, the sale of 22% of FEMSA Brewing to Labatt of Canada, and the acquisition of Argentina´s most important Coca-Cola bottler.
