  As the Head of R&D Mechanical and Production Department at Oceanscan-MST, I oversaw the development of innovative products, including our flagship product, the LAUV (Light Autonomous Underwater Vehicle).I'm part and led a team of talented engineers and technicians responsible for the entire product development process, from concept to production. We used cutting-edge technologies, such as 3D CAD software and FEA, to design, prototype, test, and validate our products.I played a key role in several European projects, including Sabuvis, OceanTech, Wavy, and Wavy-NOS, where we developed state-of-the-art underwater technologies and solutions.In addition to my R&D responsibilities, I also oversaw the production process, from the purchase order to final delivery. I optimized production schedules, managed inventory levels, and ensured timely delivery of high-quality products to customers.Through effective leadership and management, I was able to drive significant improvements in production efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction, while also reducing costs and increasing profitability for the company.Overall, my experience in both R&D and production, combined with my participation in European projects, has allowed me to develop a unique perspective on product development, and I look forward to leveraging this experience to drive innovation and growth for Oceanscan-MST.
