In Portugal, Minitel holds a well established indirect sales network of 2200 resellers ( and growing) as well as comercial relationships with all the major retailers in Portugal ( Auchan, Fnac, MediaMarkt, Sonae, El Corte Inglès and The Phone House).- Aided in the Design and Implementation of a Change Programme through which Minitel reformulated its overall Strategy to become a specialized technology distributor for areas such as Storage, Disaster Recovery, UTM and User Authentication. This involved transforming the portfolio, altering internal procedures, job roles, customer management and developing a serviceoffering. The company's overall sales grew for the first time in four years (by 21% between 2014 and 2016);- Identified and led modernization projects of internal IT structures (CRM and ERP systems) helping the company cut its costs by 20%.
