  This is a very complex restaurant with many different dining areas. I was in charge of keeping the restaurant staff organized and trained. I completed all of the scheduling for the front of the restaurants and worked alongside the staff many a nights. We sometimes had 750 diners all over this inside/outside restaurant. I loved doing this work for the time that I was there. I was fortunate enough to have most of our wonderful staff return year after year.
