Bio
Lauren Parr (she/her)
I worked with Joanne when she and I both were at RAPS. Joanne is a standout employee, she's efficient and always on top of her program areas but her real strength is the ability to be straddle the tactical and strategic. Her project management skill set will ensure progress and her understanding of objectives and strategy will ensure that she isn't simply "checking the box" but is focused on positive outcomes, both qualitative and quantitative. Joanne was, and I'm sure still is, a strong team member. She thrives when interacting with her peers but is fully able to manage groups of volunteers or content creators as well as internal/external stakeholders. She represented the organization well, I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again, she was a pleasure to have on my team.
Cindy Robinson Karst
I worked with Joanne on several projects at RAPS. Her organization and project management skills were largely responsible for the success of the global competency project which led to the establishment of a groundbreaking international framework for identifying, developing, and deploying regulatory talent. She is a consummate professional who never presents a problem without identifying several suitable options to tackle the challenge. She has the ability to work with a variety of personality types and her work ethic is second to none. I would jump at the chance to work with her again.
