She has a very positive attitude and is able to motivate team members to get the job done. She is also very open and collaborative, listens to suggestions and ideas from team members, and treats everyone very fairly. As a project leader she is very professional and is able to coordinate the efforts of the diverse members of a team. She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills but at the same time is very detail oriented and organized. At Hightower, we successfully completed all of our projects on time under Joanne's direction. I recommend Joanne highly as a project leader and would definitely like to work with her again.
