I complete Quality assurance inspections on each plot pre and post completion to ensure each plot is delivered to the highest standard possible, giving the site team time to eradicate all snags prior to legal completion. I will complete Home demonstrations prior to legal completion to demonstrate appliances, discuss builder’s rectification period, explain what constitutes a valid defect, homeowner maintenance, how to report a defect and explain how the aftercare service will work, setting realistic expectations. I am responsible for overseeing the management of defects across our homes to ensure all warrantable defects are closed out within our required SLA’s, i oversee any NHBC/consumer code complaints /resolutions right through to completion, I am responsible for the management of subcontractors, during this process , I am also actively involved in weekly Construction meetings, and oversee 7-day courtesy visits to new homeowners to review the plots remaining defects in accordance with the warranty standards and tolerances.
