Joanne is one of the foremost experts in data security on the Microsoft Cloud. Her blog is--bar none--the best source for Microsoft Information Protection features, classification tools, retention, and general information security in M365, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange. She doesn't just stop at *what* these tools do, though; she also provides insightful how-to guides, thoughts on different solution options, and step-by-step instructions for repeating the solutions she discusses. She's a prolific writer and an incredible thought leader in her niche.

Joanne is one of the most prolific and insightful bloggers and consultants out there on the Microsoft/Office 365 security and compliance stack, and her insights never fail to blow me away in terms of simplifying/demystifying incredibly complex topics. Very (and increasingly) well known here at Microsoft in terms of practical guidance. If there was a new class of "Jedi" MVP/partner, she would be one, and the cape well-deserved. .

Joanne has helped me develop our SharePoint environment, and she's been very knowledgeable from the basic stuff like best practices, content types and architecture guidelines, to the crazy stuff like integrating with our ERP and complex data lookups. She's patient, she researches her suggestions before implementation, and her meticulous documentation of her efforts is an added bonus. Easy to work with and easy to recommend!
