I worked as a retail underwriter for ChoiceOne Mortgage, a FHLMC Seller/ Servicer. I underwrote FHLMC loans, and I also established a wholesale correspondent relationship with Countrywide in 2000. Later relationships with BBT, Rural Housing and FHA were added. I helped processing when needed. I also underwrote and approved portfolio loans, and reviewed files for bulk purchases.
