This role handled the project management of the revenue generation events for our Media clients in the US, Canada and South America. These events run over a 3-5 day timeline and we have hundreds of clients attend to review the media advertising offering generating millions of dollars for our clients. I am responsible for the planning, implementing, delivery of these events to deliver successful outcomes for our clients and the directors of Boost Media. Duties Managed the US operation for Boost Media worth over $20 million Several key partners – Dallas Morning News, Newsday, Star Tribune, Cox Media Group, Gannett, Corus Media in Canada Event management with sales goal achievement Virtual and live events Built and recommended advertising campaigns and packages for clients Handle all aspects of planning for the event from website builds to one on one coaching for the sales team Develop Sales incentives for the group to allow for successful outcomes Influence sales teams from 10 to 100 across different organisations and media channels Deliver on clients program expectations by organising revenue generating expos over a 18 week timeline Implement development across all products for the expo Manage expectations of key internal stakeholders Maintain budgets and spending for each program Develop comprehensive proposals both proactively and in response to clients needs Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients Utilise strong relationships with international clients across many tiers of management Negotiate contracts for key and existing clients Strive to support and grow a collaborative sales culture across all pillars of the business Continuously advocate and propose cross-media strategies for ultimate client communication solutions Develop the sales teams through training, development and one on one coaching Manage the sales team through the CRM system – Intelligent Bank and Salesforce Manage the sales team on a day to day basis remotely Show less
