LitigationDrawing on my previous experience, in litigation I provided advice and assistance on a number of claims, including small track, fast track and multi track claims. I have acted for a wide range of clients including individual private clients, SME's, partnerships and liquidators. I also provided advice and assistance in a number of Landlord possession claims. I have also conducted and coordinated the due diligence on both asset and share purchases, in addition I have drafted share purchase agreements and all necessary ancillary documents, in order to reach the desired outcome for the client. EmploymentFollowing many years experience in this area, in employment I provide advice and assistance to both employee and employer clients. I provide practical and cost effective advice and assistance to a number of employer clients in order to achieve their desired outcome.
