      Plastic Omnium the worlds leading supplier of Automotive Bumper Exterior systems. I am employed as the Logistics Manager of a brand new facility purpose built for the manufacture and supply of bumpers to JLR for the Evoque and Discovery Sport Models. My role has been involved from the start operating out a temporary location in Liverpool then moving the entire Logistics function from the temporary site to the new facility in December 2015. Starting from zero doing full recruitment setting up every aspect for the flow of material right through from Raw Materials to POF in sequence delivery. Setting up and managing a completely new operator in XPO never done in the JLR on site POF deliveries before being previously 100% DHL. Managing multiple launches and temporary supply of painted product from France. The launch of the injection and paint line happened in June 2015 with a digital switch from another supplier. During July we moved multiple tools from the supplier in France in house to supply from our own facility. In 2016 I took over the day to control of the production planning process and addiontal four planners in injection and paint and assembly. The MRP system that PO operate is SAP. Show less

      I am currently working as a Logistics Manager for HP Pelzer in Speke, Liverpool. In Speke we manufacture and assemble acoustic interior carpets for Bentley, Aston Martin and Jaguar. I was also brought in to help with the Launch of the BMW Mini headliner, which started manufacture in 2013. I was also responsible for taking over and managing customer expectations with the full system set up and the supply to a sequencing cell inside the BMW Oxford facility. Managing suppliers for both locations from on site in Speke.       I was employed by Johnson Controls one of the worlds leading Automotive Supplier of Seat Systems and Interiors to all major car manufacturers all over the world I was based at Halewood in Liverpool. The plant supply's interior and seating in sequence to a Just in Time philosophy for the X Type Jaguar and the LandRover Freelander which launched in 2006. I was also involved in the launch of the Range Rover Evoque in all aspects of the Materials function, setting up new freight plans, factory layout, inventory planning, packaging specification and purchase with a controlled budget of £700,000.
