Joanne and I worked together for a couple of years - collaborating on many different benefits-payroll related initiatives and workflow changes. I relied on her expertise frequently. We were also members on the same Compensation & Benefits Committee. Joanne frequently presented new ideas and strategy to that group and was very well respected by all. She was able to convey confidence as a subject matter expert and educated the group successfully on complex subjects such as self insurance. I would recommend Joanne to any organization as she is truly an expert on employee benefits and a great colleague!
