      Responsibilities: * Sole responsibility for all stages of garment production from design to manufacture working across multi-product groups. Developing four collections per annum, two 90-piece mainline collections and two injection ranges. * Working closely with designers ensuring designs are technically feasible and within the manufacturing budget whilst maintaining the brand's high quality level. * Planning and management of the sampling critical path throughout each season, meeting set deadlines, ensuring collections are delivered on time for the sales meeting. Likewise, working with the Production / Sales Manager to plan the critical path for production dockets so that Buyers received stock on time. * Working closely with the Procurement and Development Co-ordinator in the sourcing and development of all trimmings, ensuring the relevant testing is carried out before purchasing so that they are fit for purpose and ready for bulk. * Measuring all received samples before leading fit sessions with the designers and directors. Providing the factories with clear comments and visual instructions if necessary. * Approvals of lab dips, print strike offs, embroideries, garment washes and care labels. * Building strong relationships with colleagues in the UK office, and the company owned factory in Sri Lanka. Also working with suppliers in China and India. * Working with the factories to resolve the issues on receiving returns figures. * Cad work on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, providing technical drawings for the factories. Producing style files at the end of season using Adobe Indesign for the Salesman to use as reference when selling. * Development work including; - Introducing a new technical pack system on Microsoft Excel - Improving fits on all product groups, amending graded specifications and increments - Updating and maintaining the brand pack - Creating Cad blocks on Adobe Illustrator for new seasonal shapes Show less
