My main task is to support customer relations by answering phone inquiries and process new loss reports for numerous departments. In between calls, I am responsible for indexing documents into the appropriate file, processing checks, drafting and producing material that is distributed to internal and external customers and scheduling appraisals for consumers. It is imperative that while I am conducting these tasks, I maintain communication with my department managers and peers to ensure consistency. I support communication between internal and external customers, the claim department managers and independent sale agents. As someone that works with customers daily, I am responsible for addressing all claim inquiries, making sure that all documents and payments are sent in a timely manner and ensuring the consumer is satisfied with their service.
