  My main task is to support customer relations by answering phone inquiries and process new loss reports for numerous departments. In between calls, I am responsible for indexing documents into the appropriate file, processing checks, drafting and producing material that is distributed to internal and external customers and scheduling appraisals for consumers. It is imperative that while I am conducting these tasks, I maintain communication with my department managers and peers to ensure consistency.
