  AJ Social Care Recruitment Ltd was incorporated as a limited company on March 23rd 2004 and commenced trading as AJ Social Care in June 2004. Initially the company provided temporary workers to the private and voluntary social care sector specialising in services supporting people with learning disabilities.The company successfully registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency on March 18th 2005 and began providing domiciliary services to include home based break and supported living. The client group also expanded to include children and families and older people.In 2007 we were awarded the home based break and domiciliary contract with WMDC and became a provider of care for individuals +65. Currently we operate as a specialist Social Care recruitment agency and as a direct service provider and offer our services across Yorkshire and the North East.AJ Social Care also provides permanent recruitment solutions to clients for positions within Social and Health Care up to senior management level. The company is also a registered Open Umbrella Body.Most recently we have been awarded a contract with Wakefield Primary Care Trust to deliver specialist 24/7 care in the community the first service of its kind in the Country.
