From the day I started in Clearco Joanne made me feel instantly like a part of the team and provided me with the tooling and confidence to succeed in my role. Outside of being an excellent manager and leader, Joanne is a top asset to the company with her outstanding negotiating skills and solid financial acumen. She had assisted me with some of my larger deals and was paramount to them closing. Joanne gave me the freedom to adapt my way of working to the model of working in Clearco and has always been encouraging me to try different things and learn every day. A genuine asset to any team.
