  Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, the Head of People Partnering is be an integral part of the senior leadership team of the People Directorate developing, contributing to and shaping the Provide Group Workforce Strategy and people priorities, ensuring successful delivery on all aspects of people partnering to enable the organisation to deliver its Organisational goals and People Strategy.The role supports organisational change to help implement the business strategy and foster a climate of positive employee relations. A key responsibility of the role is to investigate, manage, and advise on highly complex and sensitive people issues providing advice and guidance to all levels within the organisation up to and including the Senior Leadership Team.The role provides expert evidence based, advice and guidance on all aspects of people management across the Provide Group, drawing on knowledge of best practice in the National Health Service (NHS) and commercial sector.The role is responsible for developing and refreshing the suite of People Directorate policies and procedures; monitoring their implementation and impact across the wider Group; and providing assurance to the Senior Leadership Team and in turn the Board. Through support of colleague networks and the introduction of different evidence-based initiatives the role is responsible for promoting a culture which is both inclusive and diverse and celebrates individual difference, throughout the Provide Group. I work in collaboration with internal and external partner organisations in the Community Collaborative and the wider health and social care system to develop, influence and agree solutions.
